1940:

O World War II puts the fashion in the background.The cost of fabric is rising and rayon made his appearance as a more affordable proposal. Fashion takes a more military and imposing look. The shoulders are accented with light padding, not only in suits and dresses. All this until 1947 when the Christian Dior make revolution and creating the New Look.
